R4LO

Residents for a Livable Oakville (R4LO) is a group of Oakville residents who are concerned about development that would have detrimental effects on Oakville’s official Livable Oakville Plan.

Amazon’s new service delivery station is a threat to that Livable Oakville plan.

While the Town Councilors and various resident’s associations seek to mitigate the effects of Amazon's Delivery Station and R4LO is grateful for that, but we intend to oppose it.

This Delivery station will be inconsistent with zoning of the property, it’s inconsistent with the neighbourhood it’s being dropped into and many other municipalities are rejecting similar Amazon facilities for similar reasons.
